When walking toward her apartment lobby’s exit door, a resident fell down the stairs from spills generated from non-tenants trespassing, drinking and loitering in the common hallway. When the NJ Transit bus pulled up to a woman waiting to board, the driver refused to “kneel” the bus and lower the exit door down to curb level. As a result, the woman fell several feet down to the sidewalk, and fractured her ankle in three places.

The taxi cab driver tried to cut over to make the exit, resulting in a significant motor-vehicle crash. The injured driver in the car that was rear-ended was surgically diagnosed with rotator cuff tendinopathy, grade 2 SLAP lesion/tear of the left shoulder and adhesive capsulitis of the left shoulder.

Young Driver Lost Control While Passing on Wet Roads
While trying to pass a senior driver on a wet road, a young man lost control of his car, and careened into the senior’s car. The resulting accident aggravated the senior’s prior spinal injuries — and caused new spinal injuries. As a result of this accident, previously inserted surgical hardware in his spine was damaged, and it caused new lumbar spine injuries. Large Pick-up Truck with Plow Rear Ends Automobile
A young woman was struck by a plow from large pick-up truck behind her. The force of the impact sent her car careening into a large, icy snow bank.
